VERDICT: A good all-round option, although testers weren’t keen on the looks because of the onset face. But it performed admirably for everyone.

The IWD fairway woods from Forgan are confidence-inpiring clubs created from a blend of stainless steel oversized heads, huge sweetspot, high MOI and low centre of gravity for maximum stability through impact.
A low centre of gravity encourages high launch trajectory and low ball spin for consistent distance and forgiveness. All variations come with the option of Aldila graphite shafts and a choice of grip size.
