Like the 816 Driver the Fairways are aimed at the serious golfer looking for outstanding performance. A 16g and 3g sole weight can be interchanged to either create the CG position which Tour players prefer or Callaway’s highest MOI Fairway, which is pretty impressive from one model.

Callaway are billing the 816 as their most technological Fairway ever, which means a Cup Face to maintain ball speeds on off centre hits and a multi-material construction so these like the drivers obviously don’t come cheap.
