What we say...

The titanium-headed Wilson Staff Dd6 is a big improvement over Wilson’s Dd5 driver of last year. Wilson Staff Dd6 sounds great at impact, even when golf shots aren’t hit right out of the centre.

The Wilson Staff Dd6 head’s almost triangular shape shows a lot of the face at address, giving the impression of plenty of loft, and the tiny alignment aid is simple and unfussy, giving the whole golf club an excellent sense of forgiveness.

Forgiving driver's ETF frame captures energy and focuses it toward the face, doubling the size of the maximum COR Hot Zone.

Wilson Staff Drivers User Reviews

  • 5 out of 5 Incredible! Absolutely amazing!

I got this driver second hand for £20! The best money i have ever spent! I have the 8.5 degree driver and boy does this give you the distance! I was consistently hitting 300+ yards, and after a little tip from a pro straight down the fairway. Took it to the driving range first day i got it and i was clearing the back fence comfortably! Incredible! Just amazing and most importantly even though its a 8.5 it is very forgiving! Wow i cannot sing any higher praises for this club! Is a must try.

It may be getting on a bit but don't let this fool you. It sits beautifully behind the ball and with the top quality V2 shaft it can not be faulted. Long and straight with the abolity to shape the ball on demand, you could do a lot worse than get yourself one of these.

  • 5 out of 5 Straight out of the packet, and straight down the fairway !

Just started playing again after a 5 year break, and treated myself to a new driver. I used the DD6 for the 1st time on the 1st tee of the second round I've played in 5 years and everything I hit went straight down the middle and long! I had a Big Bertha Steelhead years ago and sliced nearly every drive, no sign of any slice with the Wilson. Cost me £99, and I went for the 11.5 degree loft with Aldila NVS-DL 65 shaft from Tony Valentine Golf. Brilliant value for money!

I have got the 10 Deg with a regular Aldila NVS shaft (super). I bought this driver not so long ago after trying the Mizuno MX-500. This lightweight club was no match to the sheer power that i got from the Dd6. With the Dd6 i was putting draw on my drives which i very rarely do. The distace of my drives were phenomonal and they went as straight as a bullet no joke. Buy this club, i did brand new fro £99.99 and is one of the best things i have ever bought.
