What we say...

We applaud TaylorMade for making a game-improvement driver that doesn’t look like a Draw product.

The TaylorMade r7 Draw uses extra weight in the heel to make the club attractive and more effective at counteracting a slice. Our test pro really hit the club well and commented on how he found it relatively easy to draw.

Club golfers might not completely eliminate their slice with it, but hitting the right edge of the fairway is always better than the rough!

Deep-faced 460cc titanium clubhead that contributes to an extremely high MOI for greater forgiveness of mishits.

  • 4 out of 5 Great Feel! Great Club

    By robbo77

After countless number of wayward sliced drives (using the plus 10 driver! I know I know!!) I decided to invest in a much more proven driver, i purchased this as i thought the draw system would counter-act my slice! Boy did it, the 1st round of golf i played i hit nearly every fairway (i got a bit adventurous on the ones i missed)! I can do a withdrawn swing and the ball would go only about 15ft in the air but would travel easily 220-230 yrds down fairway. Beware you must position the ball to your club on the right place as i tried to adjust it a bit to go right but due to the weights in the club your swing is adapted and you will see your ball draw a great deal and land you in a lot of trouble! Overall its a great club and well worth a purchase but will take some getting used to due the physics of the club.

played today (28/04/07) and my partner said "do you ever get bored hitting it straight down the middle everytime". I hit every fairway with this driver-just what you need for consistency. I rate this the best I had. I love it!!
