What we say...
The Cleveland Launcher DST Draw Driver features the sub-300gms technology and MaxCOR face for distance and forgiveness.
Cleveland have aimed this driver at golfer who want to draw the golf ball. They have give the DST Draw driver a 3º closed face designed to help golfers achieve a draw (right-to-left) shape shot. Other than that it is similar spec to the DST Launcher.
With Sub 300g ultralite technology, the Cleveland Launcher DST Draw Driver is the lightest driver on the PGA Tour: 25 grams lighter overall clubweight than standard drivers
MaxCOR face technology, including variable face thickness which allows higher C.O.R. on off center impacts, Mis-hits benefit from a higher trampoline effect for more ballspeed and distance. 9 grams of weight is removed from the face and repositioned low and deep in the clubhead. Creates a deeper center of gravity for higher MOI and straighter drives
Cleveland Launcher DST Draw Driver has an ultralite diamana red 44 shaft. A longer shaft length (45.75") and lighter weight (47g) allow increased swingspeed (3-5mph). Translates to higher ballspeed and longer drives. Produces faster clubhead speed for greater overall distance (3-10 yards)
Composite head with steel and graphite shafts, gents, RH.
