What we say...
We were bowled over by the Powakaddy P5 electric golf trolley. Its lightweight, streamlined design was easy to fold up and down, and it squeezed into a small boot space with no problems.
The electric golf trolley’s most exciting new feature is the lithium battery. The weight of the battery is often what lets electric golf trolleys down, but this one is less than a third of the weight of a normal one. There are also no awkward connectors to hook it up to the electric golf trolley – it simply slides into place. The lithium battery also turned in an impressive performance. Powakaddy guarantees it will last 18 holes, but we managed to play 36 on just one charge –and there was still plenty left in the tank. How did we know this? Because there’s a clever gauge on the LCD handle, which shows you how much charge is left.
The lithium battery also saves so much space that you can pop a coolbag on top of it. The futuristic LCD display is like having your own little computer to navigate the course. You can pre-program the speed at which you want the electic golf trolley to move, to match your walking pace, or set the electric trolley to travel a certain distance on its own. The stop/start button couldn’t be easier to use, and it is ideally placed in the centre of the handlebar, so both lefties and righties can use it.
One very small criticism would be the noise level, which was slightly louder than the traditional battery model, but not enough to annoy you. The Powakaddy P5 electric golf trolley isn’t the cheapest on the market, but when is the cheapest ever the best? And when you consider all of its built-in technology, it’s no wonder the Powerkaddy P5 carries a fairly hefty price tag.
Performance power, functionality and aesthetics. Powerful engine allied with improved balance and stability, one-touch multi speed control.

Firstly I had to replace a battery after 14 months, then the second battery exploded after being on charge for 6 hours. Had we not been in, our house would have burnt down. The really depressing aspect is that from calls with Customer Service, we are not the first and the company have no interest in doing any research on the battery as it why it happend. It will only be a matter of time before someone is killed or seriously injured.

i prefered the spin/round type of speed/power control on thease trollies, seemed there was no real control on the button type of speed/power control, ie no in between high or low no medium,
