Masters MT-E900 Caddytec Pro Electric Trolley Review

What we say...

The Caddytec looks like a normal pull trolley. There’s no motor on show, no wiring taped to the framework and definitely no huge battery to attach before going places. Everything is skilfully concealed so the trolley never gives away what is under its bonnet, which is, in fact, a decent electric trolley.

One simple folding motion sets it up just like your normal pull trolley; there aren’t even any battery connectors to fiddle with – simply slide the battery into its housing and the connectors automatically snap into position.

All may be well with the trolley’s cosmetics, but we are less sure of how the trolley functions with a bag on its back. You turn it on using a small LED push button and then the trolley is powered up to assist you whether walking forwards or backwards. You start walking and the trolley puts enough power to its wheels to ensure it follows, which sounds like a decent idea. But it felt to us as though it lacked a bit of power and overall robustness.

had the trolley 2 years- absolutely fantastic. you do need to get used to it(doesn't take long) as it is literally finger touch.hold it too tight it does seem to lack power as TG suggests but it certainly does not. will easily do 36 holes and folds to the size of a normal pull trolley.
