What we say...
The GoKart Electric Golf Trolley is British designed and made. Light (7.6kg), powerful (230w motor), easy to use. Really compact folded (68x63x28cm). Choice of colours and accessory range. . Eighteen hole battery (£219) and 36-hole battery.
Electric golf trolley, comes with a two-year warranty.
Lots of people steer clear of buying an electric trolley because of the popular notion that they are incredibly difficult to set up. If you’re one of these people, you need to take a look at the GoKart. It’s been around for a while now but it’s still hugely popular especially as the price is comparatively respectable next to some others in the market. If you’re short of space in your house or car, the GoKart will go down a treat because when it’s folded down it’s absolutely tiny. A really impressive offering.

I wanted to share my 6 plus years owning my go kart. Playing golf pretty much every week all year round, it has never let me down. customer service is top notch, always happy to help like replacement of rubber bag strap and card holder free of charge. The unit folds down in seconds to a very compact size, much smaller then competitive brands. At this price it's hard to beat.

Have had my Go Kart Trolley for nearly a year now. Only had one problem, the front wheel rubber came away from the rim, the wheel was replaced immediately. One thing I have recently noticed are wear marks across the base of the battery caused by the battery rubbing in its housing. Will get in touch with Go Kart to see what they say. Another point not sure if I will be able to push the trolley round with a full set of clubs on board if the battery dies through a round, seems quite difficult to push if the motor is not turning. But overall I am pleased with the purchase.

I wanted a trolley that was light weight and th ebattery would make it all the way round but without paying over the odds and not breaking the bank. I came across the gokart and I have never looked back. The product is brilliant but what stands out for me is the customer service. Fantastic, helpful, cant do enough. Some might say the kart is a bit flimsy and doesn't have all the mod cons of some of the more expensive models but I would challenge you to find a trolley that offers such great value for money along with a customer service that could do no wrong. I broke my trolley not the trolley breaking and they still arranged for it to be collected, serviced and fixed and then returned to me. Brilliant!!! if carlsberg did a golf trolley it would be a gokart.

So far very impressed. It arrived by courier precisely at the agreed time. Perhaps slightly fiddly to put together, but very clear instructions.. The automatic speed control does exactly what it says on the tin. Very good customer service. The plastic carrier for the spare battery was delivered with a corner broken off; probably the carrier's fault, but I received a replacement the following day by first class post. Wish all companies would be as helpful.

Apologies but I am unable to edit my orignal review. Need to add that the replacement parts I recevied were completely free of charge!

I know it is classed as garish in looks but generally by the same people who haven't had a look in the mirror lately (I'll wager they wouldn't have imagined they'd be wearing shoes of current designs never mind under armour). My only concern was the longevity of the trolley body since it is plastic in construction in order to keep weight down. One year in and it's a fair bet that some years down the line, I'll be looking to replace the battery on the same trolley. It's everything I was after in a trolley and then some; lightweight, quick and easy to erect and put away, enough accessories, great pull up the 17th hole of my hilly course and sturdy enough to finish the season in the same condition it started. Add to this the fact that it's British designed and built, coupled with some of the best customer service I have EVER received, and I'm not not just talking golf equipment now (sent an email to get a price for a replacement umbrella holder fixture, having broken my original with an errant drive and 2 days later received not only the fixture I needed but the part it screws into, just in case!). Of course it doesn't have a remote control or somewhere to charge your iphone but I've yet to see anyhting that comes close to bettering it for what it does. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have enoyed playing with my husband's GoKart when we have played golf together recently. He is teaching me the basics and I am a slow learner, but I always like having the GoKart trundling along besides us. It's true what you say about the customer service too- we have taken advantage of the credits they offer on recommendations. If you know friends that would like one of these electric golf trolleys, have a look here. If they decide to buy one, you both get credits to spend on goodies if they mention your name. Really handy way to cover additional golf treats....if you feel like treating yourself! PS. The trolley won't help you to be a better putter though..as I have discovered!!

I was impressed by the website and the reviews but hesitant as I couldn't see one at a dealers. The promise of a 28 day trial, use it as much as I like, and if I didn't like it they would collect, finally convinced me to order. I got a GoKart and matcing cart bag on the Thursday and decided the bag wasn't for me. Nothing wrong at all, just a style thing. I emailed that evening, got a 'phone call Friday morning with offer to collect on the Monday. No questions or charges! That weekend I discovered the battery clip was broken. Again, email on Sunday night and it was delivered on the Tuesday morning. Seriously good customer service! Oh! and the trolley works a treat and gets loads of attention. I recommend getting a stowage bag as, unlike some trolleys, it's really easy to put it away. It is "plasticky" looking as one reviewer commented, but so what if it lasts as well as promised? And as I said at the beginning, it's made in Britain...

I was looking around for a while for a trolley and with around £250 too spend i knew a good one good be had.I have never looked back after phoning the base of gokart everything was done quick easy it was with me the next day and after a charge i was ready too go. At the time they had no unbrella holders which for wales is a must :) and was put on a back list and this and only this is why 4 stars as i had to phone up as no call back,The Trolley is soo easy too use, clean and and put up and down my 5 year old daughter loves it and being the only one with it in my club i do stand out.One old pro said woo looks like a spaceship what ever next! finally when you go on there website it builds the whole thing around their customer service if anything does go wrong and well put it this way i broke my card holder ok not a big thing ! got off the course and phoned on way home and they didn't just say ok card details be with you in 5 days, they wanted too know how it happened and sent a new one out the next day .I think if you want a good trolley and a sensible price and never have too worry if things go wrong this is your best bet.

This has got to be the coolest trolley out there! Brighten up your golf with this! I find it so easy to simply unfold and slide the battery in place while i laugh at all the other people fiddling with their wires! YESYES the motor's a little noisy, but for me, i dont care, if anything it adds to the character and when you get used to it, it's not a problem! The customer service is second to none, not that i have had any problems yet (after 6 months)! It folds easily and compactly into the boot and the 18 hole battery can easily last 27 holes without losing power! The charger is compact and easy to use and everything about the whole package is well thought out and easy to use! AND all of this for £200! Plus there are some great accesories for it and new ones approaching! Why plump for anything other than the GoKart?! Look on their website for useful, honest buying tips....

I have used the Go Kart about 10 times now and there is a lot to fault but there is also a lot to love. The motor is noisy and there are certain parts that are cheap, flimsy and plasticky. However when something does go wrong the customer service is second to none with replacement parts delivered next day - which cannot be said abot other golf trolley manufacturers. The main frame is sturdy and rigid with no chance of rusting. Best of all is that this is the best looking trolley on the market and the marketing and presentation really makes you love this trolley. For all its fault youve got to love the Go-kart!
