Good trolley until it developed a noise still under warranty.Was returned to Powakaddy,and water was found in the motor/ g.box assembly,causing the fault.Powakaddys response was that, as i had jet washed it, or immersed it in water,was my fault and had to pay over £200 for repairs.I explained i had never done neither and cleaned it as per manual states.Powakaddy adamant it,s my fault,so it,s pay up .Poor service,poor trolley.

So far I’ve had the wheel fall off twice in the middle of rounds, the trolley pulled to the left, 'got serviced', pulled to the left again, 'got serviced', pulled to the right, screen failed, battery died and I've been waiting 4 weeks since.....got trolley back.....pulled left. And they still want to try and help 'fix the problem' , I just want a refund and by something else....all this in under 2years after forking out £400....treat yourself to something else instead !!! I'll be advising (as does three local pro's) buy something else, most Pro's don't stock Powakaddy for a Reason.....they're poor quality products and their service matches up as well !!!

 my second powakaddy, first was a freeway 2, Broke 4 times and eventually sold it, bought the new sport, had it 3 months, now the battery has packed in, rubbish for a 400 pound trolley. will be getting rid and getting a motocaddy S3!!

I have used this trolley all season (At least 3 games a week). My old course was quite (Take VERY from that) hilly and it never once complained even after 36 holes. The Powakaddy bag stays put, no twisting at all due to the slot on the base matching the slot on the trolley. The digital speed control works well as you can set it to your walking speed and just let it lead the way along the fairway, if your lucky enough to hit the fairway that is. Being able to send your trolley a set distance to the next tee seems a bit of a gimmick at first, but it is great once you get used to it. One piece of advice on that though make sure you get used to setting it before you send it off into the distance, because if you don't get it right you could be chasing it across a fairway and you will always think it is going to stop so will have given it a 30 metre start before you start the chase.   I would recommend this to anyone.
