E-Caddy Lite Golf Trolley Review

With a similar chassis design to some of the Powakaddy electric golf trolleys, you know the E-Caddy Lite electric trolley is going to be pretty robust.

The folding mechanism cleverly acts as a retaining system when the electric trolley is completely folded, making it easier to lift and transport than its rivals and ensuring it won’t splay open while you are carting it across the driveway.

The speed wheel control is accessible for left and right-handers and is ideal for setting the electric trolley at your own walking pace. It also makes using the electric trolley on slopes a doddle.

Being the cheapest golf trolley tested, it’s understandable to expect the E-Caddy Lite to be inferior, but the build quality is just as good as, if not better than, most of its rivals. The electric golf trolley’s chassis is as strong as anything else we tested and doesn’t feel like it’s going to collapse at the first sight of a golf bag.

Okay, this golf trolley doesn’t come with some of the gadgets others boast, but the E-Caddy Lite does give us the impression of being a workhorse.

If you’ve heard your mates bragging how their electric trolley leaves them fresh after 18 holes and you’ve considered dipping your toe into the electric trolley market, but don’t want to break the bank, we reckon the E-Caddy Lite would be a decent buy.
