2012 REVIEW
What we like
This is a really sturdy unit and coped well with every type of golf course terrain thanks to the four-wheel construction. The bag brackets are also very sturdy and the adjustable straps kept the bag very secure. In terms of size it sits somewhere in the middle when fully assembled but is definitely one of the smallest when folded up so it sits neatly in the car boot. The rear wheels can also be very easily removed to make it even smaller if required. The two-step folding process is also a doddle so happily we didn’t find ourselves fighting with it in the golf club car park.
What we don’t like
It is obviously one of the more expensive trolleys on the market and many golfers would see this as a lot to spend on a push/pull trolley when you can get an electric one for the same cash. It was also one of the heavier trolleys we reviewed – although you would only really notice this on the course climbing up a particularly steep hill.
A new four-wheel push trolley for better stability. A three-wheel Autofold model is also available, priced £189.
