What we say...

Last year’s waterproofs test proved Nike’s top-of-the-range Gore-Tex suit was a bit stiff and rigid to swing a club in freely. We’re delighted to find the new 2006 Storm Fit golf clothing is softer, quieter and more comfortable than its predecessor.

Nike designers have been smart enough to include a zipped fly for emergencies on the course, along with plenty of drawstrings and Velcro flaps that enable the waterproof suit’s shape to be customised to your taste.

The jacket’s fabric didn’t quite allow it to fold into such a small package as some, but you shouldn’t have any problems stuffing it into most bags. If we had a gripe it would be the double-zipped waterproof jacket, which is a bit fiddly to do up and could be frustrating in cold weather. Put this aside and you have a waterproof golf suit that won’t let you down from a major brand name at a reasonable price, all with a one-year waterproof guarantee.

Light fabric keeps you comfortable and dry providing excellent protection against the elements. Breathable, seamsealed with adjustable cuffs, hem, and waist.
