Reviewed in our Waterproof Test 2014: The fabric itself is very good at repelling water and the inside pocket means you can keep your scorecard dry.
The main front zip has thicker teeth than others on test with no protection behind it, so it tended to let water in when under a direct heavy spray. It’s quite loose fitting around the chest and has no drawstring around the waist, so it tends to hang quite low.
