What we say...
Reviewed in our Waterproof Test 2014: The jacket keeps the water out very well but it doesn’t brush off or dry as quickly or easily as other suits on test. The lining inside helps the air to circulate without adding too much weight while the fleeced area inside the neck adds warmth and comfort. Overall, it’s a stylish, modern design. Everyone will enjoy the fleece-lined pockets, as well as the stretchy material and all the elasticated fitting options. The zip tags are unnecessary and catch your eye at address, but can be easily removed.
Matching trousers available (£69.99). They do a super job keeping your legs dry.
The XTEX is another product that impresses both in terms of price and performance. The jacket is guaranteed fully waterroof up to 10m, not that we expect you'll be doing a great deal of scuba diving in it. It also features two-way stretch fabric for a less-restricted swing and a two-year waterproof guarantee. The jacket also features an athletic cut and drawstring bottom. Velcro wrist adjusters and waterproof zips for a better fit all-round help to keep the rain out. There are three dapper colour choices too.
