2009 Review
The first Titleist in this category got rave reviews from David. He found its flight was consistent with both wedge and driver and was very impressed with how it performed on off-centre strikes. Edward noted that although he lost a little distance, he felt the increased feel with the wedge more than compensated.
The New NXT Extreme golf ball is designed for golfers of all levels seeking Extreme distance without sacrificing soft feel and greenside playability.
Titleist NXT Extreme Golf Ball offers long distance and a softer feel thanks to a large 1,550, soft compression core. Excellent durability thanks to a 0.65" Surlyn cover. Exclusive AIMĀ sidestamp aids putting alignment.
Featuring a soft compression, high COR core, new higher coverage dimple design and Staggered Wave Parting Line, the NXT Extreme provides longer, more consistent distance, while maintaining soft feel on all shots. Titleist NXT Extreme golf ball has a spherical simple shape, an icosahedral dimple pattern and a 392 simple number.
If a Titleist NXT Extreme golf ball is cut through the normal course of play with a golf club, Titleist will replace each returned golf ball with three new Titleist NXT Extreme golf balls free of charge.
