What we say...
.
The all new remarkably soft and micro thin urethane cover provides exceptional feel and control on all shots from tee to green, including putting. The 95 compression helps to provide a ball with the utimate in tour performance, without sacrificing any distance, but ensuring soft feel
Incredible Urethane Performance just got better. Srixon Z-URS features a urethane cover which is the softest urethane cover Srixon has ever created. This formulation provides the ultimate in control-shot shaping spin control, pinpoint distance control and stroke saving short game control.
The best part is that this exceptional control does not come at the expense of distance. That’s because the large Energetic Gradient Growth core provides exceptional ball velocity combined with ideal high launch angle, low spin launch conditions for greater carry and distance. Finally, the high trajectory 330 dimple pattern provides a strong and penetrating trajectory in all wind conditions.
Construction: Multilayered

This is a fantastic ball but it has now been bettered by the Z-Star. Still awesome and if you can pick up some Pearl balls on ebay, a great buy!

Unlike lizardfez, I found I generate a lot more spin with these and lose distance compared to my usual ball (the pro v1). However, after just shooting my new pb on my home course with these I can't fault them. They are durable. spin nicely, feel soft and are cheaper than Pro V1s.

I switched to these balls from pro v's, i find more penetrating, i find this type of ball easier to control in the air, not quite as much spin on the greens as pro v's but just perfect for what i need

I switched to this ball because I realised I needed to optimise my traject while maintaining a soft feel around the greens. If I'm honest, it's the perfect ball for me and I can't fault it. The next time you go out to buy your next batch of ProV's, I suggest you give these a bash first.
