Along with the Shotmiser, this was rated as the easiest to use. You simply turn it on, tell it what course you are playing and that’s it! Neil liked the large “at-a-glance” numbering while David and Jon also thought it was quite hard-wearing. David found it a little too simplistic at times and said it didn’t always give him the yardages he was looking on certain holes for but overall our testers were impressed with this.

Subscription: First course free if bought from a pro shop. $29.99 (£15) for as many further courses as you like.

Features: Stores up to 10 courses, gives all the critical yardages including carries over hazards, to the front, centre and back of greens etc. Large easy-to-read screen, waterproof casing and shock
