Aberfoyle Golf Club

What we say
Aberfoyle Golf Club is a delightfully located course on the southern border of Loch Lomond, with scenic views of Ben Lomand and the River Forth.
A very short 18-hole course at just 5,158 yards, Aberfoyle Golf Club demands good course management from players that attempt this challenge, which is made easier with local knowledge.
Most players will only reach for their drivers off the tee occasionally around here, with six consecutive par 3s between the 5th and 13th alone.
Undulating fairways and sloping greens can create tricky approach shots that require players’ complete attention.
Straight hitters and golfers with good short game will score well, but miss one of the tight fairways or greens; the 4th green is just four yards wide in parts, and this course could prove a test for golfers of all abilities.
Quite a short course, Aberfoyle Golf Club, requires you to think your way around the course rather than rely on brute force. Suitable for both high and low handicappers it is an ideal destination for all abilities.
The course offers stunning views of Ben Lomond and the bulwark of Stirling Castle, it doesn't disappoint.
