Arbroath Golf Course

What we say
As a golf course in the region of Angus, Arbroath Golf Course is often overshadowed by its famous neighbours, such as Carnoustie and St Andrews, but this traditional links has the character to provide visitors with a memorable experience.
Don’t be lulled into a false sense of security by the straight fairways and well-kept greens. This course offers a true links experience as golfers must often battle the coastal elements of wind and rain.
Accuracy is more important than distance here as target fairways and greens, which are well-kept and open all year, can seem very narrow on a blustery day.
A Tom Morris design, Arbroath Golf Course is a testing links course that deceives many with it's apparent flat open fairways. Subtle slopes and fast greens protected by hidden bunkers make this a more difficult track than meets the eye.
The club is steeped in history and is based in the town that declared Scottish Independence in the 1300s.
