Peterhead Golf Club boasts being the 18th oldest golf club in the world and is steeped in history. The 'Old Course' was designed by famous architect Willie Park Junior and by 1923 the golf club had two 18-hole courses. However, the second course was reduced to a nine-hole course after the Second World War.
Perched on the seaside, this course winds through dunes and the links to provide a classic test of Scottish links golf.
Visitors to the links can expect a warm welcome from both the clubhouse staff and members alike. The modern clubhouse provides all the facilities you could want after going round this course.

I played this course in October with a fellow crew member of our fishing boat from Shetland who plays of 13 and I have to admit it was a fantastic experience. The first game I scored 99 and the 2nd day 95. so needless to say I loved the course. It is set in some of the most amazing ups and downs you can imagine and the scenery is fantastic. All the staff were fantastic and the pro was so helpful i had lost a cover of one of my clubs it was found and he returned it to me in Shetland.
