What we say
Established in 1995, the Aylesbury Park 18-hole Main Golf Course is a Martin Hawtree design. It combines parkland and inland links holes which are complimented by superb USGA specification greens.
To complement this, Aylesbury Park has also recently opened a brand new 9-hole Par 3 short golf course.
Just minutes by car from the centre of Aylesbury, the courses are located within the former grounds of the historic Hartwell Estate.

A classic example of a course built in the 1990's to cater for the forecast golfing boom which never materialised. Course condition is not good even for a facility of this type. Maintainance is very poor and little appears to have been done in the way of improvement in the last twenty years.

Although this course is flat and there are only a handful of bunkers dotted around, it still presents a pleasingly challenging track. The rough is knee high in places and best avoided. However the green always seem to be in great condition albeit we had had lots of rain in the 2 weeks prior to my last round! All in all, its well worth a look & well worth the green fee.
