We played a forball including a couple of relatively new golfers with high handicaps. We found the course enjoyable to play with wide fairways and the rough kept to a minimum which helped in the hunting of errant drives. biggest gripe though was that we played on a Friday and contrary to what the 2-fore-1 website says vouchers are not accepted on that day. I had asked, prior to booking a tee time, about the 2-fore-1 vouchers and was not informed about non use of vouchers on Fridays.

the course is disappointing as the drainage is non existent and the practice facilities are very poor. The couse layout is good and the staff are friendly but the upkeep of the course and facilities leave alot to be desired. The practice "green" is not cut at all and does not help with judging your chip shots etc. All of the bunkers need more sand and a better quality of sand, fewer stones! overall the pro and staff are let down by the very poor standard of course maintenance
