Golfers of all levels and experience are welcome at Gatton Manor which looks to create a memorable golfing occasion for all golfers whether members, visitors, societies or corporates.
Gatton Manor offers a mature 18 hole woodland golf course, established in the late 1960s. The challenging golf course is championship length and the work of renowned Canadian golf architect, Commander John D Harris. No two holes are alike and the designer has made imaginative use of streams, lakes, and tree-lined fairways.
There is an on-site hotel comprising 18 en-suite rooms. Gatton Manor accepts 2-FORE!-1 vouchers seven days a week but with some weekend restrictions.

A fantastic club managed by very genuine welcoming people, great value for money... a must play course! :-).

I played on a beautiful sunny summers day with the course in excellent condition, greens were fast and smooth, there are a good mix of up hill and down hill holes, blind tee shots, doglegs both ways, tree lined fairways, water this course has it all. all levels of golfers will enjoy a test with three different tees to choose from. practice facilities are standard, putting green, range, the bar offers a good menu and there is a restaurant on site if you need a full meal. it is a popular place for societies so you can have quite a long round, book your tee times wisely! will be going back soon.

Being a Lady Golfer, it seems that my likes and dislikes of golf courses are slightly different then my husbands. He seems to enjoy very challeging courses regardless of the overall condition of the course, a acute doggy to the left makes him smile. I on the otherhand 'need' to have the 'WoW' factor, even a OoOoOoooO makes for a great game - here in Gatton it has both. The first several holes are a good warm up - then you get to the 6th where the OoOooOo starts, a really beautiful hole. Each hole is different, but all are perfectly kept with amazing greens that make you want to touch the perfection which is so lost in may golf courses on the same green fee band. This is a course that will challenge any handicap and leave you feeling amazing whether you had a great round or not!

Gatton Manor is excellent value either with reduced green fees or 241, an excellent challenge of golf especially the 6th with quick greens.

quite a long drive from south london, but wellworth it.well manicured, greens were very smooth and receptive.a course that you have to think your way around, but if you're straight of the tee you can score well.will certainly be coming back.

Gatton Manor is a wonderful test for low to medium handicappers. It is a real thinking mans course and has lots of variety. It has the usual step up and boom a driver off the tee on some holes but throws in a few where there are cunning dog legs or danger in the form of water if you are too long off the tee. The sixth hole is right up there in terms of beauty and difficulty and i would rate this as one of the best i have played. The finishing hole is also tough but picturesque;a small green protected by a narrow approach awaits a straight drive. My only critiscism is the poor quality of the mats which are in use on every tee this time of year. They are uneven, too small and fairly difficult to get your tee into. Having said that, i would still go back and play again because the overall quality of the course and cost (£11.50 with 2-4-1 vouchers)more than make up for this one problem.

The course is in good condition and must be one of the better pay and plays around. However played last weekend and had to give up after 9 holes as play was incredibly slow.

Although it had been raining constantly for 3 days, this Course was still in fantastic condition and unbeleivable for the time of the year. The Welcome, from the moment we arrived continued throughout the day, until we sadly had to depart. The Course has decent yardage on all holes and requires distance and accuracy, without being over punishing off the Tee. The Par 3's are a delight (No 200+yd monsters)and each Green has intricate borrows that are not always obvious. The Front 9 feels short (Par 4,3,4,3 start)but throws all different combination of shots and club at you, whilst the back 9 concentrates more on stamina and concentration, with an absolute peach of a finishing hole. A must for any golfer and I cannot wait to return.
