Foxhills Golf Club – Longcross
Last updated:
What we say
This classy resort is the home of two contrasting 18-hole layouts, a devilishly difficult nine-hole par-3 course and a whole host of off-course facilities. But there can be no doubt the stunning Longcross course is the star of the show as it majestically weaves its way between mature woodland.

Foxhills is a top place to stay and play and is the home of two quality – and contrasting – 18 hole courses with the splendid Longcross the jewel in the crown. With towering timber lining most fairways, it’s a parkland masterpiece and is supported by the more open Bernhard Hunt layout, a cracking little par-3 course and a luxury hotel and spa.
Accommodation: There's a 60-room hotel on site along with excellent leisure amenities including a spa, gym, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Some great holes on this course and the quality is outstanding. Played a few times but the best deals are usually in the winter (due to some greens being out), but this is prime Surrey golf. Tree lined fairways punishing those going for the big stick and not being straight. I love the 14th Par 5. Driving off the hill and then the decision about whether to lay up or go for the green over the stream. Quality hole, and with 17 others its a great course.

Always a pleasure to play a quality course. not as long nor a testing as its sister The Bernard Hunt (played several times too) but without doubt worth a visit. Greenfees not to expensive considering its locallity and visiting golfers can snap up a deal right now. not sure how it shapes up in the winter months but in the summer it's a real treat. I'd like to thank my friend for taking me there! as will yours!! :-)
