Nice course , lots of different holes , but only worth the money if you are using a 2 for 1 voucher ! Bar food was rubbish . Highlights are the second hole and 17th hole. At £55 per round , MUST use a 2 for 1 voucher , and that makes the course , good value for money. Give it a try

Having got married at the manor a year previous to date, i had always said one day i will get to play this course. So saturday 10/5/08 we had booked a 2/ball, tee-off time of 3.40pm (only time we could have) we set about playing this course on a greenfree voucher 2 for 1 setting us back £30 each, we got to use driving range & putting green before we set out, the practice green was in tip-top condition, cut how you would expect to find a course costing £60.00p a round. BUT,,,,,, getting out on the course we got to find a different opinion of the greens, 1/18 of all the greens we found were cut really badly around the full area, in parts it was as if the blades had not even been there to cut it & other parts were cut how you would expect to find, ball roll was really bad too jumping & bobbling around the line of putt,,,, BUNKER'S Course layout of bunkers is fantastic around fairways & greens BUT AGAIN,,,,, There only good if there is plenty of sand in them & stones are removed from them, found them to firm to chip out of, hardly get any sand between your wedge to lift the ball out on to the green, overall i found that these parts of the course let it down BIG TIME,,, Not to finish on a bad note about this course, fairway's & tee's were in fantastic condition, views was something special as you make your way around the moat, some holes have along walk to next tee (elec/trolley a must) so be prepared for a long round but the views make up for that... Overall this course is not worth the money we paid (we thought at least), came down to an old saying " driving for show, putting for dough" NOT ON THESE GREENS AT LEAST....
