What we say
Though not as visually alluring as some, Seaton Carew is one of the best links golf courses in England.
This is the 10th oldest golf club in England and it has twice played host to the Brabazon Trophy.
The course is a quality links that we have as one of the finest courses in England and one of GB&I’s elite links.

Located close to Hartlepool and not as visually alluring as some other Top 100 courses, but Seaton Carew shows its class after a relatively modest opening.
A traditional links with wonderful firm fescue turf.

This is probably the most enjoyable golf course I have ever played as well as one of the best value. The quality of turf was excellent on both fairways and greens, and the lush rough was memorable too! You can't just give it a biff here, you really have to think about what is the sensible shot to play. Loads of exciting holes and a real sense of history. The genius of this golf course is that it provides a challenge for all levels of player. It's a tough place to make par, but it's forgiving enough to be fun even if you don't play your best. The food was disappointing, but in all other respects I loved it and I'll go back again.

this is probably the first `real` course i have played, the greens are in excelent condition, the course plays tough, its a real thinking mans course, usualy cross winds coming in from the sea just add to the challenge,
