West Derby Golf Club

What we say
West Derby golf Club was founded in 1896 when land was bought from Yew Tree Farm for the creation of a nine-hole layout. In 1923 this was increased to 18 following the acquisition of Leyfield Farm.
Set in a leafy suburb of Liverpool, West Derby is a mature parkland course with lush fairways and excellent greens. At 6,275 yards the par 72 course includes 4 par 5s and 4 par 3 holes.
The golf course has undergone many changes over the years while the clubhouse has suffered several disastrous fires, resulting in the present user-friendly facility.
