What a great little course for the money. Played this course three times now and it gets better every time. I would recommend a buggy for £10 as the course is very up and down and for a first timer a course planner would be a good idea as there are a few surprises for the unsuspecting. The greens are in super condition, staff are friendly and I would recommend a round to anyone especially as by booking at the right time we only paid £10 for the round. If I lived a little closer I would definately look at joining. Well worth the money.

Warm welcome, good course. A little difficult without knowledge of the lay out, but forgiving enough to make it an enjoyable experience.

We played a 2 ball on the 30/05/09. Hot sunny day, the people in the club are very helpful and welcoming. We were told that because of the alteration being done to the course that there were no course planners, well let me tell you that without a course planner the course is beyond challenging. Ther are dog legs, dips and mounds that you have no idea are there until you hit your tee shot and find that your in the rough. The rough is stupid long and without a course planner you will find it often. The tee boxes are ok but very hard, and the greens are so unpredictable it`s silly, i had a 8 foot uphill put hit it firm and it sailed past the hole, my downhill 4 footer after that which i tapped trickeled 2 feet forward. The course is very undulating to say the least and in hot weather i recomend a buggy. with a course planner and trimmed rough the course could be what it is trying to be and thats a hell of a challenge.

This is the 2nd time I have played here and the difference in the course quality is striking. The new owners have obviously invested a lot of time and effort to ensure that the golfing experience is a pleasure. I found the course challenging yet forgiving. The water features on the 13th and the 18th should cause golfers of all handicaps very little difficult. HOWEVER, they have the ability to put doubt and indecission in your mind. The 18th is particularly fun as you tee off accross two ponds through a narrow gap in the trees. A real score card wrecker if you let it be. Dont be put off by the low green fee prices, this is a real gem of a course at a fantatsic price.

As the title says, a gem of a course, very welcoming with a challenge on every hole. Greatly improved this year and definitely on the up.
