I love this course - it has a basic pitch & put for beginners, and a long par 3 course for more experienced players, with holes ranging from 160-220 yards. Very well kept greens and fairways, plus is surrounded by Epping Forest. Also has practice nets and practice putting green. Plus is on my street, which is obviously very handy!

I have recently got back into golf, I find the yellow course is great for quick round, holes are from about 120 to 200 yeards and with very challenging greens. The Red course is really good pitch and putt and great for beginners, clubs can be hired. Also has a great 18 hole practice green helps me work on my putting skills, also has Nets to warm up and practice my swing. It is never really busy and for Value for money it cant be beat. If you want no frills but good challenge this is well worth a visit.

We were charged £8 for 9 hole par 3. There are no features on any of the holes and there isn't any bunkers on the whole course. As for the greens, I have played of better fairways.

This is a very plain parkland course, but at £6.50 a round you can't really complain too much. Five of the holes are identical, most of them have no signage and it's particularly difficult to work out where the tees are for holes 8 & 9. I've seen worse greens, but these weren't the best and the tees are the hard mat sort. There are no bunkers or water, with only holes 7 & 8 having any obstructions at all. Despite this, pars are difficult to get because the grees are fiendish. The best thing about the course was the welcome.
