One of the friendliest traditional clubs in the British Isles… which is rather ironic because its course can be anything but! Regarded as the toughest par 69 in Britain with good reason, it can be a brute in inclement weather, not least because the relatively flat terrain for the most part allows the weather plenty of opportunity to do its worst. The closing quintet are terrific and provide a suitably uplifting conclusion to a round on this stout links. Harlech Castle watches every shot from within the village up on the hillside.
