Duff House is located close to the sea yet is very definitely a parkland, with the River Deveron playing a bigger role in the nature of the course than the Moray Firth. Located on the river’s plain, Duff House is flat and easy walking but once you get to the greens you really do need to have wonderful feel to avoid three putting.
