DESCRIPTION: County Louth – home to last year’s Irish Open, won by amateur Shane Lowry – is one of the best-kept secrets of Irish golf. Small greens and some fantastic par 3s, amid towering dunes, characterise the course. The 14th, a short par 4 of 332 yards, and the 15th, a tricky 152-yard par 3, are the only two holes that run parallel to each another.
