DESCRIPTION: A former PGA Tour stop just south of Denver, Nicklaus plotted a recently renovated course through the ponderosa pines, with dramatic elevation changes and breathtaking views of the Rockies. The clubhouse sits on a ridge almost 7,000 feet above sea level. Because the air is so thin, shots don’t spin as much and fly lower and go further.
