Top 10 Golf Courses – Northants
This top 10 comes from County champion: Matt Myers (Northants County). Handicap: +2
Northamptonshire County
I may be a little biased on this one, but my home course is still the best course in the county especially in the summer. when the heathy terrain comes into its own. The white course is without doubt the most challenging on my list.

Staverton Park
A good course normally found in decent condition. Beware of a number of holes featuring water hazards and there are several strong driving holes in the middle which use the contours of the course well.

Cold Ashby
A hilly 27-hole venue, Cold Ashby can be pleasant in summer when it is in good condition and the views from the high points are sensational. However, it’s very short for the most part which, along with some quirky holes means it’s not everybody’s cup of tea. The course remains a good test though.
