What we say
This gently undulating parkland is one of Ireland’s oldest – it’s been around since 1892 – and offers 27 interesting holes with elements of a seaside links. It is, after all, a short drive from legendary Portmarnock and the centre of the capital.
The Malahide’s 27-hole layout was designed by Eddie Hackett who also designed other splendid stretches including Waterville, Connemara, Enniscrone and Murvagh.
The Malahide Course is an impressive gently undulating parkland course, boasting interesting and spectacular golf holes. The natural landscape consists of hardwood copses, ponds and rivers which not only play host to wonderful flora and fauna but their strategic placement also ensures a variety of shots are required in every round.
The Malahide Golf Club's three nine-hole courses can be played in any combination, and always present a challenge for golfers of any level.
